Cherry pie

Ingredients
# For the dough:
25 g yeast
2 tbsp sugar
200 g cream
2 eggs
200 g margarine
500-600 g flour
salt
# For the filling:
200 g pitted cherries
2-3 tbsp caster sugar
# For sprinkling:
4 tbsp flour
60 g butter
4 tbsp sugar
2 yolks
20 g grated chocolate
Method
From those products knead dough. Allow to warm over 1 hour. Involved with a little flour and leave for another 20 minutes. You should get a soft dough. Prepare sprinkled and all products were combined and rotation against crumbs. The risen dough is placed in shape with a diameter of 28 cm, coated with flour. Cherries mixed with powdered sugar and put on the dough. On them are sprinkled crumbs. Bake in a preheated oven 220C degrees.
