Chicken brine

Ingredients
1 chicken
10 peppers
4-5 tomatoes
2 heads of garlic
100 ml sunflower oil
1 bunch parsley
pinch savory, a pinch of pepper, salt
Method
Chicken cut into portions, put in a large and deep pan, add the oil and zaprazhva redness. Cleaned peppers and whole tomatoes are put in a tray and flights with a little water and sunflower oil are roasted. Then peel the peppers and tomatoes, add salt and chopped. Once fried chicken in a deep pot pour 2 liters of hot water and peppers and tomatoes and boil 30 minutes. Add sliced ​​garlic and other spices and simmer for 10 minutes until soft garlic. Serve warm or cold.

This is my favorite brine! I grind the peppers with garlic and parsley and add them 5min. before the brine is ready.

I'm from northwestern Bulgaria, where chicken is roasted or grilled, and the taste of the soup is amazing and unique. Vegetables also bake broiled or grilled, to obtain the specific taste of the dish.
