Chicken livers with melted cheese

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
6-7 onions
5-6 carrots
100 g processed cheese
1/2 cup white wine
vegeta to taste

Method
Livers are washed and boiled as they come to the blood. The water is thrown and livers are washed and put in a baking dish. Onions finely chopped carrots and diced steamed with a little sunflower oil (butter) and water. When tender add the chopped processed cheese and wine for about 5 minutes. Poured into the pan in livers, sprinkle with vegeta and 1/2 cup water. Pan cover with a lid or foil and bake at 180-200 C for 30 minutes.
