Chicken livers rustic - III type

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
2 carrots
mushrooms
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tsp paprika
4-5 pickles
2 tomatoes
black pepper, savory, salt
little white wine
2 onions
1 bunch parsley

Method
Boil the livers, then fry them and leave aside. At the same sunflower oil, which is not much, fry chopped onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, 1 tsp red pepper, cucumbers. Add chopped tomatoes, pepper, a little white wine, savory and when it thickens and add homogenized livers. Stir and douse the fire, put chopped parsley.
