Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
750 g chicken breasts
flour for rolling
1/4 cup olive oil or sunflower oil
120 g thinly sliced ​​prosciutto
250 g mushrooms or porcini mushrooms
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
parsley
salt and pepper

Method
Chicken breasts Fuck chops with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Pour the flour on a plate, flavor generously with salt and pepper and stir with a fork. Cutlets rolled in flour and fry in hot sunflower oil on medium heat in a large skillet. Fry approximately 5 minutes on each side until golden, turning once while. Chicken out and in the same pan add ham and fry gently for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and saute until their water has evaporated (approximately 5 minutes). Season with a little salt and pepper and add the wine. After about a minute and add the chicken broth and let simmer for a few minutes to drop a little sauce. Add the butter and when melted, and return the chicken to the pan to warm. Serve with chopped parsley. * Serve over noodles or rice or potatoes.

Petya, I'm sure that with another wine will be delicious, preferably sweet wine or sherry. But still, the dish is named after the Marsala wine, because of its specific taste - = - another wine will get a delicious chicken with mushrooms.
