Chicken Navarra

Ingredients
1 small chicken
100 g ham
80 g butter
2 tbsp chopped tarragon
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) white wine
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) of broth trivia
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
3 onions
3 carrots
2 leeks
link herbs (thyme, parsley and bay leaf tied with white thread)
pepper
salt
Method
Tarragon mix with 30 g butter and a pinch of salt and fill the cleaned chicken. Add salt, add pepper, rub the chicken with melted butter and bake 20 minutes. Add chopped onions, carrots, leeks, ham, link herbs, wine and broth and cook in low oven. Spoon is harvested fat from the sauce in it fry the flour, dilute the sauce of chicken, boil a little and added to the dish. Tender chicken is placed in a dish and arrange around vegetables and ham. Serve with steamed rice.
