Chicken with peppers and cheese

Ingredients
200 g feta cheese
1 pc chicken about 1 kg
300 g peppers
60 g butter
parsley
salt
Method
The chicken is boiled in salted water. Remove from broth, boned and cut into small pieces. The peppers are roasted, peeled and lightly sauté in part from the heated butter. The feta cheese is crushed. Peppers spread out into a suitable container, put them on pieces of meat, cover with the feta cheese, top rank pieces of meat and the rest butter. Bake in the oven and lightly sprinkle with chopped parsley.
