Chicken with yogurt and mayonnaise

Ingredients
600 g chicken fillet
400 g drained yogurt
150 g mayonnaise
180 g sterilized mushrooms
1 apple
lettuce leaves
2 sprigs fresh garlic
parsley
lemon juice
30 g butter
salt
Method
Chicken meat is boiled in salted water when ready to cool and cut into cubes. Mushrooms cut and apple peel, grate and pour a little lemon juice. Mix meat, apple, mushrooms, drained yogurt and mayonnaise. Add finely chopped garlic and salt to taste. Place the mixture on lettuce leaves and garnish with parsley and florets of butter - butter from solid was scraped with a spoon.
