Ingredients
600 g flour
1 and 3/4 cup (350 g) powdered sugar
2 vanilla powder
175 g butter
2 eggs
5 drops of lemon juice
paints sweet

Method
Mix the flour, 1 cup (200 g) of sugar and vanilla, the fat was triturated with flour crumbs, add an egg and a yolk and kneaded until a smooth dough, which is left 30 minutes in the cold. Roll out the crust with a thickness less than 0.5 cm are cut shapes - chickens, rabbits, etc. Bake in parchment littered with tray in preheated oven at 180 degrees about 12 minutes. Once cool, are coated with glaze, prepared as follows: broken on thick porridge remaining powdered sugar, lemon juice and a little egg white. Optional parts of glaze stain and decorate cookies-animals.
