Ingredients
90 g of honey
50 g butter
300 g chocolate
1 tbsp sugar
hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds

Method
Honey, grated chocolate, the butter, sugar and 5 tbsp water boiled in with continuous agitation for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan, greased with butter. When slightly hardened knife outlines squares and put on each nut by gently pressed. When completely solidified was cut into square candies and each screwed in cellophane.
