Chocolate-orange cream

Ingredients
2 oranges
150 g white chocolate
100 g whole-milk cottage cheese
250 g cream
1 tsp gelatine
2 tbsp orange liqueur
Method
Rind of one orange grated and juice and drained. The gelatin is soaked in a little cold water to swell. The chocolate was melted on a water bath. Add grated orange peel and pretritata sieve smooth creamy cottage cheese. Orange juice mixed with liquor and warm. Swollen gelatin is added and stirred until dissolved. Chocolate cream mix well with orange jelly and cream shattered. Distribute in cups and cooled for at least 2 hours. From the sheet of the second orange cut fine julienne orange, and its interior is cleaned by white membranes and fibers and divided into slices. In serving cream garnished with orange slices and garnish with julienne orange peel and fresh green leaves (mint or lemon balm, for example).
