Citrus balls

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup flour
pinch of salt
3 tbsp (30 ml) milk
3-4 tbsp finely chopped orange or pineapple
fat
powdered sugar
Method
Confusing sifted flour, eggs, salt and milk solid dough. Mix with chopped fruit. Heat oil and spoon-shaped balls that are placed in it. Fry until golden brown, drain from the fat and sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar.
