Coffee Venezuela

Ingredients
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
2 tbsp condensed milk
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp cream
Method
Yolk, sugar and condensed milk are mixed and heated and 1 1/2 minutes at 180 Deut. During the heating, and the mixture was stirred well. Mix 1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) of water and the coffee are heated and 2 1/2 minutes at 600 Deut. Hot coffee to add egg mixture. Garnish with whipped cream shattered.
