Corn cutlets

Ingredients
1 cup flour
2 eggs
20 g butter
80 ml milk
400 g canned corn
3 small heads onion
frying fat
1 tsp baking powder
pepper
salt

Method
In a large bowl mix the flour, eggs, poraztopenoto butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add corn and chopped onion. In a pan put a little oil, Pour 3 tbsp of the mixture and spread as schnitzel, as smoothed slightly. Fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes until browned.
