Cream caramel coffee

Ingredients
500 ml milk
3 eggs
6 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp instant coffee
# For the caramel:
6 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water

Method
Beat 3 eggs with 6 tbsp sugar and add to the cooked and chilled milk. Add 2 tbsp instant coffee and the mixture was poured into a wavy form cake previously bathed with caramel made from 6 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water. Bake in a water bath of medium oven (150 C) until golden brown. When cool turns on a tray and can optional be adorned with whipped cream.

It was wonderful, but I opened the coffee milk in advance and put rum essence.

loved us! Besides coffee, cocoa and put (them and I opened the pre-milk).
