Cream of quinces

Ingredients
2 quinces
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cup powdered sugar for sprinkling
butter spreads
Method
Peel quince, cut them thinly and saute them until soft. Blend them. To the resulting paste add carefully at constant stirring sugar, egg yolks one by one and egg whites broken down into hard snow. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish with butter and bake until a red cover. Serve cream, dusted with powdered sugar.
