Cream Raphael

Ingredients
250 g feta cheese Mascarpone
100 ml condensed milk
150 ml cream (unsweetened)
150 g white chocolate
75 g vanilla wafers
30 g coconut
30 g almond nuts chopped
Method
Mascarpone mix well with mixer and add condensed milk. 100 ml cream are heated without boiling and pour it battered in small pieces chocolate. Mix well to obtain a cream. Once cool add to the mascarpone. The rest of the cream is well mixed. Wafers are broken up in in small pieces or grated and they are added to the mascarpone with almond nuts, coconut cream and shattered.

nice, easy and affordable recipe. Bravo! Just did not understand how many servings is - I suspect that two portions ...?

The recipe is very nice I just want to add that I doubled the dose and cream break it with powdered sugar and mingled them to get the perfect cream. Also added a Piña colada *Coconut* and the scent is superb.
