Ingredients
100 g sugar
Method
Sugar is put in saucepan over low heat and burn a light caramel. Hot poured on an oily Court (aluminum foil or oiled baking paper towels) in a thin layer. As cool, hammered into small flakes that are used to decorate cakes.
