Dolmas with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients
8 cabbage leaves
350 g mushrooms
2 onions
1 tbsp butter
200 g cheese
100 ml beef or chicken bouillon
salt, pepper
50 g cream

Method
Cabbage leaves are blanched for 3-4 minutes in salted water. Mushrooms cut and fry. Cut the onion finely and fry in the butter, then mix the mushrooms and onions. Cool and add the grated cheese in large pieces. In each cabbage leaf is placed on mushroom stuffing, turn and arranged in a suitable container. Broth mixed with the cream and pour the dolmas. Cover with foil and baked in a preheated oven at 200 C oven for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before removing removing fthe oil, to constipation top.
