Donuts from cottage cheese with banana cream

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
200 g sugar
250 g flour
300 g cream
100 g butter
200-300 ml sunflower oil for frying
500 g bananas
lemon juice
grated lemon peel
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
The cottage cheese is passed through a strainer. The butter was stirred, thereto one by one egg was added and finally 100 g of cream. From the cottage cheese, the butter, flour, sugar and lemon zest knead dough, which is spread on a board sprinkled with flour at a thickness of 1 cm. The dough is cut circles, which are fried on both sides in the heated sunflower oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with banana cream, which is prepared as bananas are broken down very well with the remaining cream and a little lemon juice.
