Donuts with jam

Ingredients
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 level tbsp dry yeast
pinch of salt
flour
marmalade or jam of your choice
Method
Yeast dissolved in 1 cup warm water with sugar and allow it rise. From the egg, the oil, salt, flour and yeast effervescent mix a soft dough. Divide into 16 balls and leave in a warm place to rise for 15-20 minutes. The buns spread of sheet with about 1 cm thick. Insert the jam or marmalade and close and pressed nice. Fry in very hot sunflower oil. Place of napkins or paper towels to remove excess fat.
