Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup yogurt
3 eggs
about 1 kg of flour
powdered sugar or topping of your choice for sprinkling

Method
Mix the cream with the sugar. Mix the eggs and add to the cream and sugar. Add the yogurt and soda and baking powder. Stir and add flour, kneaded to form a soft dough. Spread the dough on a floured surface, should not de thin, about 0.5-1 cm thick. Cut out circles using a large and small glass and fry in heated sunflower oil. Fry carefully since become ready very quickly. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar or with a topping of your choice.
