Drunk chops BBQ

Ingredients
800 g - 1 kg pork chops
200 ml red wine
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
10 peppercorns
2 Allspice
1 bay leaf
pinch nutmeg
3 pinches ground coriander
Method
Into a suitable container pour 500 ml water, wine, add finely chopped garlic and onion and other spices. Steaks are crushed and placed in the marinade. Stay in the refrigerator about 12 hours. Marinated steak bake BBQ on both sides.
