2 tbsp skimmed yoghurt 0.1%
pinch of baking soda or baking powder 1 tsp
3 tbsp oat bran
2-3 tbsp cottage cheese or crumbled cottage cheese

All products are confused in a bowl and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes until soaked bran. The bowl is placed in the microwave and bake at maximum power for 3-4 minutes. Can be served with a glass of kefir nonfat yogurt.
