125 g butter
125 g lard
1 cup incomplete sunflower oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup drained yogurt
1 egg
1 tsp ammonia soda
rind and juice of one lemon
700 g flour

powdered sugar
The butter and the lard beating sugar, 1 egg yolk and add the oil in a thin stream, without stopping beating. Add yogurt with soda and juice and lemon peel. Add flour, enough to make soft dough. Divide it into three balls. Roll out the first 0.5 cm thick, cut into squares, put in the middle jam of your choice and wrap the cigar.
