Egg white ice cream with strawberries
6 egg whites
350 g strawberries
6 tbsp sugar

Beat the egg whites. When no foam, add sugar spoon by spoon and whip again. Once sure that no remaining crystals of sugar, add the strawberries. Stir, to whatever degree we want. You can leave strawberries and larger pieces - personal choice. Finally spread in cups and leave for 2-3 hours in the freezer.
