Sharplaninska pleskavitza

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
2 onions
2-3 cloves garlic
pepper
cheese

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with pepper, grated onion and garlic. Allow to rest in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Once removed from the refrigerator again and kneaded it with greased hands make thin cevapcici size of kafeena saucer. Pleskavitza are spread on a greased foil or nylon. Put stuffing on top of cubed cheese and cover with second pleskavitza. Pleskavitza then gently press the edges to not expire cheese in baking. Again placed in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes. Bake strong BBQ, as before put, is smeared with oil. Taken to remain juicy.

Good arose, but were unsalted. Selden time will put a little salt and use a greasy mince (this time it was beef). Most importantly, the taste of grated onion is not intrusive as it is cut and even my boyfriend was pleased!
