Eggplant with cheese

Ingredients
1 kg eggplants
200 ml sunflower oil
3 onions
pepper
500 ml milk
4 eggs
200 g cheese
Method
Cut the eggplants into cubes and let stand, then washed well. Fry the onion and add it to the eggplants. Fried mixture is poured into a baking dish and pour 1 cup water (can add a little more) and bake in the oven. When finished whisk the eggs with the milk and add the grated cheese. Pour topping over the eggplants and mix well. Bake until eggs are firm.
