Ezo-gels pilaf

Ingredients
1/2 cup red lentils
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
200-250 g rice
60 g butter
2 tbsp chopped cedar seed
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 roasted red peppers
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mint
pepper, cayenne pepper
Method
The lentils is boiled in a ratio of 1: 3. Once cooked, add the tomato puree, a little salt, a little cayenne pepper, lemon juice, a little pepper and mint. Apart finely garlic and onion. In a dry frying pan put the butter, add the onion and the washed rice to fried well. Then add the diced peppers and dissolved in 750 ml water, bouillon cubes. Add lentils and leave on low heat until ready rice. This pilaf can be used as a garnish to Simid kebab .
