Ingredients
500 g fish fillet
1 cup mushrooms canned
1 onion
30 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
Fillets sprinkle with salt and pepper. Chopped onion and sauté mushrooms in the butter to soften. Place tenderloin on which is folded in half and pinned with two spit or toothpicks. Bake on a hot BBQ. Serve with salad and fries season.
