Fish podluchen milk sauce
Ingredients
800 g of hake, beard, hake, mackerel or other fish
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
25 g garlic
50 g walnuts
500 g yogurt
1/2 bunch of dill
15 g flour
salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned of skin and bones, washed well , cut into pieces oblique muscle fibers and each portion is lightly hammered with a wooden mallet or chopper. Salt and pepper added. Add some flour and fry in vegetable strongly heated butter. Peel the garlic and beat mechanically with salt, add the walnuts and garlic with knocking until a homogeneous mixture. Add stirred yogurt and finely chopped dill. Thus prepared sauce served side dish of fried fish.
