Fish with red Thai curry and rice

Ingredients
fish of your choice
1 cup rice
salt
2 cup water
# curry:
1 cup kososovo milk
1/4 cup red onion
1 cm piece ginger, grated
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
1-2 tbsp chili
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp coriander, ground
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp shrimp paste or anchovies
2 tbsp lemon juice

Method
All products curry beat with a blender. Fish stew in a little water and sunflower oil, boned and chopped into pieces. In the same pan pour curry and stew a few minutes - if it becomes too thick, add a little water. During this time, the rice is boiled. Of rice spread on each plate and pour on top of the fish curry. Can be decorated with any fresh spice - I used Thai basil.
