Ingredients
1 cup flour
2 cup sugar
100 g butter
1/2 cup dried apricots, cut into strips
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup crushed almonds (peeled)
about 1 kg apples

Method
1 1/2 cups sugar is caramelized, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to be gradual. Cleaned and cut apple pieces are added to the pan when the caramel starts browning.
