French meatball

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
500 g potatoes
300 g mushrooms
2 skinless sausages
2-3 pickles
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
cumin
pepper
salt
2 eggs
cheese for sprinkling

Method
Minced meat, cooked and mashed potatoes and spices are kneaded. Cucumbers and the skinless sausages cut into cubes and add to the minced meat. Onions, garlic and mushrooms also cut and place in pan to braised. Remove from heat and add to the minced meat and other products, tap and eggs. Spread in pan greased with oil and put in the oven at 250 C. As a start browned grated cheese on top and bake until golden.

Milena, I made some meatballs, within half a boiled egg. Thank you for the wonderful recipe! The taste and aroma of sausages and mushrooms into mince are amazing! I recommend the recipe at all!
