Fried catfish with tomatoes

Ingredients
800 g fillet of catfish
8 tbsp vegetable oil
8 tomatoes
lemon juice
salt
pepper
flour
parsley

Method
Cleaning fillet form 4 portions, which are marinated with lemon juice, salt and pepper for an hour, rolled in flour and fry immediately until light brown coloring in a hot vegetable oil. After taking them in warm dish in the same oil fry the tomatoes. Sprinkled with salt and parsley, were added to the fried fish.
