Fried catfish with walnut sauce

Ingredients
1 fish catfish
1/2 cup walnuts
1 slice bread
4-5 cloves of crushed garlic
3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp vinegar
flour
parsley
lemon juice
2-3 eggs
fat frying
Method
Catfish Clean and wash. Cut into slices with a thickness of 1-2 cm. Add salt and leave to stand for 20-30 minutes, then rolled in flour and fry in a highly heated sunflower oil. Fried fish ranks circle on a large plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon juice. Crush the walnuts very finely, add the bread soaked in a little water and squeezed, crushed garlic cloves, the oil and vinegar. The mixture was stirred and diluted with a little cold water to give the moderately thick sauce. Mix well and pour into the middle of the plate with fish. Hard boiled eggs, cut into quarters and arrange slices mezhu fish.
