Fried chicken drumsticks

Ingredients
8 chicken legs
1 sprig parsley
1/2 onion
# breading:
flour
breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp mustard
3 cloves crushed garlic
finely chopped parsley
sunflower oil for frying
Method
In a saucepan boil 1.5 liters of water along with the parsley and onion. Add drumsticks and cook 15 minutes on low heat. Remove and dry with a tissue. Egg mix in a bowl with basil, parsley, mustard and garlic. Drumsticks Oval consistently in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in a hot sunflower oil 3-5 minutes (until golden). Remove to paper towels to remove excess fat.
