Fried rolls of white meat chicken livers

Ingredients
4 large and 4 small fillets of white chicken meat
4 chicken livers or 4 slices of foie gras
40 g butter
4 large mushrooms
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
Salt
black pepper
lemon juice
4 slices of dry white bread without crust
4 tbsp broth
fat frying
Method
Fillets are lightly crushed, salting, the scatter with pepper and lemon juice and left to rest for 30 minutes. Chicken livers are poluizparzhvat in the butter, (without added salt), followed by fried mushrooms (not cut), add salt and pepper scatter. On any large fillet put drobche above it - sponge and covered with a small fillet. The ends of the fillets are large wrap rolls and received tighten thread. Dip in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs and again in the eggs and fry in very preheated oil until golden color. Fried plantain slices and moistened with broth and put them on the rolls.
