Fried squid

Ingredients
1 sepia
flour
sunflower oil
lemon juice
marjoram
pepper
salt squid
Method
Wash well, remove bubbles with black liquid and cleaned viscera are removed skin, severed sucker and again washed. Blot dry, cut into pieces, add salt, sprinkle black pepper, marjoram and flour. Portions fry in sunflower oil until soft (about 10 minutes) and sprinkle with lemon juice. If Squid is bigger and older, after cleaning is boiled in salted water, cut into pieces and stew in pre-braised onions, garlic and tomatoes until soft.
