Fried tripe with soda

Ingredients
800 g beef tripe
100 g flour
3 eggs
100-150 ml carbonated water
10-12 peppercorns
100 ml vinegar
120 ml sunflower oil for frying
salt
Method
Well cleaned, scraped with a knife on both sides and washed in cold running water, beef tripe soak in cold water for 5-6 hours. In two hours the water is exchanged, to the latter was added the vinegar to remove odors. Then belly are infused for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, again washed, placed in a well washed saucepan, pour over cold water and boil the beginning of a strong and bring to the boil - low heat until ready. Boiled tripe was drained and cut into strips (2h5-6 cm). Dip in sparsely dough made from flour, eggs, salt and soda. Fry in a hot sunflower oil on both sides until it turns rosy. Serve warm, sprinkled with freshly milled pepper.

Try and udders. Pretty good.

As an appetizer for wine obviously going on.

But with beer instead of water May we will be better and softer - try.

I mean to soak just before frying.

I have not tried a beer, but never too late, right? There is no way not to get.
