Frog legs Provencal

Ingredients
600 g frogs'legs
120 g butter
1 tsp (5 ml) sunflower oil
1/3 cup (70 ml) milk
2 sprigs parsley
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
pepper
salt
Method
Mix the milk with pepper and salt, frogs'legs were immersed in the mixture, and then pressed into a flour. Legs are placed in 50 g of melted butter and sunflower oil and fry about 12 minutes until golden brown. Add lemon juice, chopped parsley, pre-fried garlic and a pinch of pepper. The dish is arranged in a warm dish and pour the remaining butter, which is fried garlic. The dish is decorated with lemon slices.

Super delicious!

Super delicacy really, but it is a great toy to roll those little legs in flour! Longer legs will eat only restaurant! ;-)
