Frozen blueberry cream
300 g of fresh or frozen blueberries
250 g cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp caster sugar
Most blueberries are broken with the lemon juice with mixer. Stir cream, add sugar, vanilla sugar and gradually mixed with blueberry pulp.
