Fruit vinegar

Ingredients
500 ml apple cider vinegar (naturally cloudy)
100 g fruit nekashvashti is (blueberries, cornels cut hard plums, grapes, etc.)
Method
Fruits are covered with vinegar and leave to give flavor, about 10 days. Draw carefully to not break, optional strain. For salads, jams, creams, for marinating meat.
