Galoushko Potato stuffed with mushrooms
1 slice of bacon or smoked breasts
2 tbsp flour
30 g butter
1 tsp grated onion
pinch of pepper
Half of potatoes cooked with mushrooms in salted water until soft. Smash potatoes with a fork and mix with grated raw potatoes, flour, 1 egg, onion, a pinch of pepper, salt and parsley. Kneads dough, which is spread on crust thickness 0.5 cm. With water glass cut circles in the middle of which put stuffing, made from chopped boiled mushrooms and smoked breast, sprinkled with pepper. The edges of the circles are coated with beaten egg, fold to half their edges are lightly pressed. Galoushko cook in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Drain and pour in the hot butter. Serve hot to fried and grilled meats, to dishes with sauce or fried sausage or warm skinless sausages.
