Gummy fruit

Ingredients
10 g gelatin
juice from a compote
fruit of your choice: strawberries, cherries, kiwi, apples, etc.
optional: coconut

Method
Gelatin is dissolved in juice compote. Put it in a water bath until the gelatin is dissolved, but be careful not to boil the water, otherwise the gelatine is crossed. Selected fruits are cut and placed in a suitable container (cup) and pour with ready to use gelatin. Sprinkle with coconut and put in the fridge for 4-5 hours to tight. Depending on the gelatin time may be more prolonged and - 12 hours, or 24 hours. At best option is better to stay overnight.

For a compote I put two gelatin (20 g total. ). Not add coconut or other nuts / crackers. Very refreshing dessert! Prepare extremely fast and cheap!
