Gyuvetch rice

Ingredients
1 kg fat veal
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) rice
1 tsp (5 g) salt
100 g butter
crushed pepper
parsley
Method
The meat is cut into pieces, add salt, put it in a pot or pan and bake. When it starts to tear, add the rice, the butter, pepper and 4 and 1/2 cup hot water (3 times more than rice). Stir the meal and again put in the oven to bake until the rice swell and soften completely. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
