Ingredients
1 kg of fish hake
300 g tomatoes
1 lemon

5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sodium glutamate
pepper
2 onions
2 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
fresh ginger
Method
Caramelize the sugar with the fat, once browned add about 100 ml warm water to dissolve.
