Jam carrots

Ingredients
800 g carrots
1 kg of sugar
1 tsp (5 g) tartaric acid
1 liter of water
1-2 drops of orange essence
Method
Ripe carrots washed. Scrape out the crust and grated. Boil in boiling water 3 times for 2-3 minutes to remove their scent and soften. Place in cold water and then fluidized in pressurized syrup. Sweet boil until svaryaevane fetal and thicken the syrup. A solution in hot water tartaric acid and boiling continued for a further 2-3 minutes. Boiled sweet allowed to stand for 5-6 hours in effuse pan, then pour into jars.
