Kadurey gvina (falafel gvina)

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
1 and 1/2 tbsp crushed pretzels
pinch of salt
pepper
# breading:
5 tbsp flour
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1-2 tsp dried oregano
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Mix the cottage cheese with breadcrumbs and spices soletenata and make about 20 balls. Distribute breading products in three bowls: in one - flour, the other - eggs, and in the third - breadcrumbs, confused with oregano. Each ball is immersed in the mixture in the following order: flour, egg, bread crumbs, egg and again recently - breadcrumbs. Fry in a large amount of sunflower oil, previously heated. It is best to freeze before frying (to stay in the chamber overnight).
