Kashkavalki - buterki

Ingredients
2 sheets of puff pastry (about 500 g)
cheese, cut into thin pieces
1 egg for egg wash

Method
Each sheet of puff pastry is divided into 4 equal pieces. It ranks as one cheese in half and closes with the other half. On top make 3-4 incisions and with egg. Bake until browned.
